Greg Mork President
As president of Fathom Energy, Greg plays an active role in business development and commodities trading for the company. His career in the oil and gas sector began in 1973 with Chevron Canada Ltd. While managing various portfolios with CCL he acquired a broad working knowledge of refinery processes and marketing methodologies. He has served on the board at Rimbey Pipeline Company and represented Chevron’s interests at numerous industry forums and hearings. Since retiring from Chevron as Manager of Crude and NGL Feedstock Supply he has worked at Fathom, where he provides tactical direction and consults to key industry clients.
Torval Mork Vice President, Finance
Torval is focused on the execution of Fathom’s business strategies. He serves as Fathom’s principal financial contact and manages the company’s credit and corporate reporting. With decades of entrepreneurial experience, having built and managed several successful private businesses in the communications and entertainment industries, Torval has developed a unique and seasoned understanding of finance and project management. A resident of Calgary, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of British Columbia.
Bob Innis Vice President, Terminals and Transportation
Bob has close to 30 years experience in the oil refining business mostly involving refinery operations and supply chain management with a major refiner on Canada’s west coast. As a member of that refinery’s operations team, he spent time in supervisory positions in both the Product Blending and Shipping area and the Crude Processing area.
For the last 15 years prior to his retirement in 2010, he was Manager of Supply with responsibilities for crude selection and acquisition, fuels products and biofuels trading and acquisition as well as all marine and rail movements to and from the refinery.
For more than 10 years he was the senior member of the Board of Directors for Alberta EnviroFuels, a Joint Venture world scale MTBE production facility in Edmonton (subsequently converted to isooctane production during his tenure). The Board was responsible for all oversight of capital and operating budgets and for the selection of the General Manager who reported to the Board.
His specific expertise is in refinery operations, supply chain management and transportation logistics.
Teresa Crompton Manager, Logistics
Teresa manages product inventory accounting for Fathom’s supply chain. Her areas of focus include product tracking and invoicing for Fathom’s natural gas liquids, crude, transloading and rail business.
Prior to joining the Fathom team in 2013, Teresa enjoyed a 37 year tenure at BC Tel/TELUS, where she held various positions in customer service, billing, training, service development and implementation. The 5 years prior to her retirement from TELUS, Teresa was a Business Analyst on the Business Solutions new service development team.
John Meneghello Manager, Asphalt and Refined Products Marketing
John is responsible for providing Fathom and its clients marketing services for asphalt and refined products. Having spent 29 years with Chevron Canada Limited, most recently in the role of Business Consultant, selling and distributing diesel, gasoline and asphalt to a variety of customers, John provides a wide range of expertise to Fathom’s clients. His primary focus is representing Fathom in their role as exclusive marketer of asphalt for Chevron Canada Limited’s refinery in Burnaby, BC. In addition to the buying and selling of refined products Mr. Meneghello also arranges the logistics for product movement. He contracts for truck and rail services, ensuring the timely and safe transportation from source to destination. When product can move more efficiently by rail, John’s clients have the ability to transfer product from truck to rail through one of Fathom’s transloading facilities. John is instrumental in setting the strategic direction for asphalt marketing, providing producers and end-users supply-demand outlooks and price forecasts. He is also responsible for Fathom’s new business growth opportunities for a wide range of refined products. John is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and has served on the executive of several charitable organizations.
Loris Sciore Manager, Accounting
An integral member of the team, Loris manages the accounting and analysis for all of Fathom’s product transactions. Her areas of focus include product nominations, pricing, invoicing and contract administration for all of Fathom’s natural gas liquids, crude, transloading and rail business. Mrs. Sciore joined Fathom from Chevron Canada Resources in December 2004, and brings over 20 years of natural gas liquids, sulphur and gas accounting experience.
Dylan Mork Manager, Terminals and Transportation
Dylan manages all of Fathom’s operations associated with terminals, from the transloading of multiple products, to rail and truck logistics. He joined Fathom in 2006 after 10 years in various roles within the construction and entertainment industries. He is the key contact for product measurement, safe operations, generation of bills of lading, scheduling railcars and trucks from source facilities and to destinations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of product for Fathom’s clients.
Keiko Ogawa Office Manager
Keiko handles frontline clerical and administrative work, and provides general organizational support to Fathom Energy and its related group of companies.
Keiko joined Fathom in 2015, bringing with her over 12 years of complimentary experience. Her career started in Japan with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, then continued in Calgary with Shell Canada, Repsol, and Mitsui & Co. She is an accomplished professional who brings a great deal of professionalism, positive energy, and vibrance to the team.
